HIIT THE PARK

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Ready for the next stage of state of the art training? HIIT the Park is a high energy bootcamp class that uses equipment of functional training. This class will leave you sweaty and pumped making sure you will get a perfect mix of strength and cardiovascular training!

YOGA

Indoor: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Yoga connects individual poses with deep breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.

Balancing mind, body and breath this class is suitable for all levels and conditions including people new to yoga, pre and postnatal and those seeking a softer practice.

PILATES

Indoor: Every Tuesday & Fridau

Our Pilates classes integrates various traditional Pilates exercises with other forms of exercises like yoga, fitness training and physiotherapy. It may also include props such as resistance bands, foam rollers and balls.

Fit & Strong, FITMIX, Bodytone

Outdoor: Every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Lower impact, full body workout classes, involving a combination of strength and cardio exercise.

These are suitable for everyone, including Prenatal and Postpartum women. Stay active in a inspiring group and enjoy a nice cup of coffee afterwards. Classes take place in Arisugawa and Komazawa Park.

Pregnant & Postnatal

Indoor & Outdoor: Every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Did you know that you will have fewer physical complaints and a faster recovery after birth if you have good physical health? Many of our classes are suitable for all pregnant or postnatal women, regardless of your sports background or physical health.

These include FitMix, Gentle Flow Yoga, Yoga,Fit & Strong & Bodytone
