Julie Mangen
LOCATiON: ARISUGAWA PARK
Former physiotherapist, Being outdoors! Spending quality time with my family and friends, reading, and if I’m all by myself: putting on music as loud as possible and singing along. Horse riding and martial arts, and now ofc, also Mom in Balance workouts! Getting back in shape after my pregnancy. A piece of bread with chocolate spread on it after the workout
Anne Sofie Olesen
LOCATION: ARISUGAWA PARK & MIDTOWN
Clinical psychologist working (parttime and remotely) for a Danish health insurance company. Online student in leadership. Passion for being outdoors, mind/body-awareness, inspiring and connecting people. Favorite Sport is running, yoga, swimming. Sports Goal is to be able to do a shoulder stand. Guilty pleasure are Cafe Latte and lots of chocolate, yum!
Jana Lundin
LOCATiON: ARISUGAWA PARK & MIDTOWN
Continue to grow as a person though relationships, education and plain trial and error. Strength and cardio workouts, my favorite are core exercises. To be able do to a handstand, preferably not looking like a fool while doing it!. Chocolate, always chocolate. And chai tea latte!
